4. Buzzing

Control of program running time.

1. Drainage time

Program drainage time = time water from drainage to reset + Drainage

delay.

Time water from drainage to reset means start from drainage to electronic

fell to reset water-level. Drainage delay is what starts from fell to reset

water-level to drainage time for fixed 3 minutes.

2. Water replenishing

During the washing sub-process, both washing and rinsing process have

water-replenishing test. In the washing sub-process, machine will suspend

working during the last three seconds of each minute of washing. Three

seconds later, it will measure the water level and turn to the water-

replenishing process if the result turns out to be below the preinstalled

level.And it will turn to the former washing sub-process once the water level

reaches the preset level.

3. Soak

Specific procedures of immersion time are not the same.

Sheets: Soak 15Min

Comforters: Soak 30Min

Jeans: Soak: 15Min

Heavy-duty: Soak 30Min

Soak 15Min: wash 1Min, soak 2Min

Soak 30Min: wash 1Min, soak 4Min

4. Washing

Flooding water meet set point, program entry washing process. Due to

different choice of program, washing in different flow beats. Every time the

program washing or finished washing, there will be a balance washing.

Washing beats: divide into three areas - NORMAL, HEAVY, DELICATE

OPTION area used NORMAL beat.

5. Drift off and spin process

In the whole drift off sub processes and spin process operation, draw off

valve and drain on keep open, except braking sub processes and pause.

Drainage began, open draw off valve, Open drain valve on. When pause,

first close draw off valve, close drain valve on after 5S.

6. Prewashing process

First inflow water to 2 files levels, wash 5 min., drainage, dewatering 3 min.,

then normal washing process.
